Our Story

Mountain and Lake Fine Home Building grew out of the love of being in the Adirondack Mountains. We strive to create fine homes with an aesthetic that fits where we live: custom, creative and unique. We are an environmentally aware and responsible custom home builders devoted to integrating our homes into the beautiful surroundings that encompass them. We are dedicated to creating the finest quality home, and utilizing sustainable building practices based on the customers demand. Our homes are created with the family in mind and the quality to last as a legacy home.

Tom Conrad started building over 20 years ago and has continued to provide customers with a great experience while constructing their homes. Mountain and Lake Fine Home Building’s reputation is based on artisan design, quality workmanship and customer service.

We are located in the Hamlet of Huletts Landing on beautiful Lake George, New York. The shoreline here is marked by many homes but distinguished by Mountain and Lake Fine Homes.
